During each of my roles I have developed People and Processes towards enhanced delivery on measurable and objective criteria aligned to the goals of the function and the organization. I believe that to lead any function, one needs to provide skills to the team, align systems & processes and provide clarity of purpose.

I have also lead functions in highly demanding and diverse environments. I believe automation and agile systems are critical in delivering cost effective and quick solutions and have always worked to enhance such capabilities. At the same time, I have also focused on people development which is invaluable in the knowledge based and customer focused industries I have worked in.
Education & Interests
I have majored in Medicine (M.B.B.S.) and have furthered my education in Insurance through specialist programs from LOMA and CII. I have also furthered my skills through General Management Program from IIM (A) and participated and presented in several industry programs and conferences.

Personal interests include Skydiving (Licensed Skydiver with a goal to achieve instructor rating), Scuba Diving (Licensed Rescue Diver with a Goal to achieve Master Scuba Diver rating), Theatre Acting and am learning basic web-design (HTML & CSS).
